How fast can you serve someone in DFW?
Routine service is typically completed within 3–5 business days. Rush jobs are dispatched the same day when documents reach us before 1pm, and many are served within hours depending on where the defendant is.
What do you need from me to get started?
The document to be served (PDF is fine), the defendant's name and last known address, your case number if you have one, and who should receive the affidavit. That's it — no account or contract required.
What happens if the defendant can't be found?
We document every attempt with time stamps and GPS coordinates, then contact you with options — additional attempts at a different time of day, a skip trace, or a substituted-service or alternative-service filing through the court.
Do you serve outside Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Johnson and Parker Counties?
Yes. Those five are our daily coverage area, but we regularly arrange service throughout Texas through vetted partner servers while keeping you as our single point of contact.
Is your affidavit accepted by Texas courts?
Every affidavit is prepared in the form required by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and notarized by our server. If a court requires a specific return format, tell us and we'll match it.
How am I billed?
You get a flat quote up front and approve it before we serve. There's no retainer and no account setup — you're invoiced when the job is complete, and you only pay for what you approved.
